The Bonded Warehouse on a sunny day

I recently went to the Bonded Warehouse, to examine the surroundings and take pictures. It was a very sunny day, and it revealed the building’s potential as a social centre in Cork. Indeed, the Bonded warehouse is a center point between the city centre and the docklands development master plan, which aims to redevelop the north and south docks by 2040. It has a potential to become a central link between the two, both physically as a passage way, and as a strong presence, claiming Cork’s identity and ambition to incoming people from the port, the train station and the bus station.
